At Natex of Scandinavia, sustainability is part of our everyday work. We support several UN SDGs through real actions, close supplier cooperation, and a strong focus on people and the planet.

SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-Being

• We promote safe, clean, and supportive working conditions that protect workers’ health and well-being across all regions (amfori BSCI principles).
• Our partner factories offer childcare rooms, and we donate toys to create safe and happy spaces for workers’ children.

SDG 5 – Gender Equality

• We are proud to be a women-empowered organization.
• Women represent 36% in Bangladesh, 70% in Denmark and 78% in China office.
• We actively encourage our suppliers to offer equal opportunities, fair treatment, and safe workplaces for women at all levels.

SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth

• We follow ILO guidelines, ensuring no forced labour, no child labour, and safe, ethical working environments.
• We expect the same high standards from all our suppliers and support them in improving their processes.
• We promote equal opportunities, fair wages, and long-term growth for the people in our supply chain.

SDG 12 – Responsible Consumption and Production

• We consume materials responsibly and encourage suppliers to reduce waste and use resources efficiently.
• We aim to reduce waste and make smarter choices, using a high share of recycled material in our products.

SDG 13 – Climate Action

• Our sustainability roadmap includes Scope 1, 2, and 3 emission calculations.
• We set annual reduction targets and work closely with partners to lower our carbon footprint across the entire supply chain.
