The project will involve conducting an LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) of a few of our product lines to determine the carbon footprint of these products.

We will perform a full LCA on recycled cotton mixed with recycled polyester to assess the CO2 emissions involved in producing and distributing these products to our buyers in Scandinavia. The funding is supported by the EU. This is part of a project that we, as a responsible company, need to be aware of. Additionally, it aligns with the rule that the EU is implementing in EU countries in 2030, requiring suppliers to provide the full product footprint data to our buyers. We take this very seriously as it will be a significant task for the entire industry, but it is something we need to do.
