Job: Compliance Specialist, Bangladesh
We are seeking an experienced specialist to oversee quality and environmental compliance tasks across our operations and supply chain in Bangladesh office.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits of factories and suppliers to assess compliance with quality standards and environmental regulations.
- Document audit findings, including non-conformities and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Track the implementation of corrective actions (CAPA) resulting from audit findings and verify their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet our environmental standards and support them in achieving compliance.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing our EMS and promote best practices in environmental management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science or a related field.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in textile or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of RMG Sustainability Council (RSC) and Accord standards in Bangladesh.
- Proficiency in audit planning, report writing (CAPA), and data analysis.
- Fluency in English and Bengali.
