Are you an experienced Industrial Engineer looking for your next challenge? Natex of Scandinavia is seeking a talented Industrial Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our innovative and dynamic team.

Position Overview:
- Job Title: Industrial Engineer (IE)
- Experience Required: Minimum 4 years
- Location: Baridhara DOHS
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
The IE role at Natex involves calculating time, SMV (Standard Minute Value), and determining accurate CMT (Cut-Make-Trim) prices based on our factories’ cost-per-minute metrics and overheads. This ensures correct CM negotiation with our factories.
- Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs for Natex and the supplier.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the Country Manager and the Owner of Natex on strategic and operational decisions.
- Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all IE workflows and ensure continuous updates to reflect process improvements.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Negotiate on behalf of our orders, optimizing machine layouts to lower costs and improve efficiency for bulk production.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of cut and sew, woven fabrics, and sweaters production.
- Experience in a full machine layout setup, of cut and sew, woven fabrics, and sweaters production.
- Proven track record of optimizing production layouts for maximum profitability, regardless of order size.
- Ability to present previous order layouts and demonstrate expertise in improving output efficiency.
